Traceability Of Our Food

We can take control over what we eat.
It is an absolute and conscious decision what we eat

egg and bacon   Sustaining Rural Communities. In buying local food, the continuance of the rural community is secured. Farmers need feed merchants, plumbers, electricians. Farmers families attend the local school, use the doctor, dentist and post office. And they buy food too!
sausages   Sausages and Bacon from either free range or low intensively reared pigs, ie: barn kept with deep straw beds.
Your supplier may might make their own sausages and cure bacon, but where did the pork come from. It is important to ask this question.
Would you like to make your own sausages?
Have a fun day out and learn the art of making sausages and curing bacon
sussex apples   We want to encourage more visitors to Sussex and keep Sussex Beautiful

free range eggs   If you would like more information on serving a Sussex Breakfast please contact in the first instance, your Local Authority Destination Manager.
